"The" solution for ladders in utility vehicles

Every service technician is familiar with the problem. In just about every branch of trade, the ladder is one of the standard pieces of equipment in a utility vehicle. But where to store the ladder ergonomically in the vehicle so that it is moreover safe in the event of a crash without having to resort to an expensive roof rack system? This is a real challenge, especially in the case of minivans.

Sortimo, the in-vehicle equipment specialist, has exactly the right solution to this loading problem in its wide range of accessories, namely a telescopic ladder which can be transported in even the smallest utility vehicle. With a maximum length of 79 cm when retracted, there is space for this telescopic ladder in virtually any vehicle. The ladder can be extended rung by rung to the desired length. All-inclusive are the ease with which it can be carried and the comfortable handling! Brackets especially designed to suit the Sortimo Globelyst system also permit the integration of Globelyst equipment modules at a later date.

The telescopic ladder is available in three design variants.

The two simple ladder versions are available in the form of a 2.60-m ladder with 9 rungs and a working height of 3.70 m, and a 3.30-m ladder with 11 rungs and a maximum working height of 4.40 m. At a maximum weight of 7.30 kg and 9.50 kg, respectively, both variants have a maximum load-bearing capacity of 150 kg. The combi-ladder is designed as a practical double ladder with 6 + 2 rungs and a working height of 3.70 m, but still weighs only 14 kg.
